Best of Masai Mara & Zanzibar Beach

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) you will be met and transferred to your booked accommodation to recover from your journey.

You will be collected from your hotel in the morning to begin your journey to Masai Mara, stopping at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint along the way to enjoy stunning vistas of the valley floor. Upon arrival at the camp, you will have lunch before setting out for a game drive in the Mara Reserve at 4:00 PM, which will conclude at 6:00 PM. Afterward, you will return to the camp for a delightful buffet dinner, allowing you to unwind and relax for the evening.

Experience the thrill of early morning, afternoon, and early evening game drives in the Masai Mara, where you will seek out the region’s predators and their prey. The wildlife is plentiful, and you can also anticipate engaging nature walks guided by a knowledgeable Masai guide, who will share insights into the traditional Masai lifestyle. Enjoy a delightful picnic lunch, providing a perfect opportunity to unwind before heading back to the camp for dinner. There, the chef will treat you to an array of fresh bread, salads, and delectable dishes, all served in the inviting communal dining tent.

After enjoying breakfast at the camp, you will check out and embark on your journey back to Nairobi. You are expected to arrive in Nairobi by the afternoon, where you will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta Airport for your flight to Zanzibar.

Upon your arrival at Zanzibar International Airport, our guide will be there to greet you and facilitate your transfer to your reserved accommodation in Stone Town.

The following five nights will be dedicated to unwinding on the pristine white sand beaches, swimming in the inviting waters of the Indian Ocean, and enjoying the amenities of your Zanzibar beach resort at your own pace.

Zanzibar is renowned for its picturesque tropical beaches and is often referred to as the Spice Islands due to the exotic spices cultivated there. A visit to the spice plantations offers an opportunity to experience the vibrant colors and enticing aromas of spices such as turmeric, ginger, black pepper, nutmeg, and cinnamon.

Additionally, you may choose to partake in optional activities, including a boat excursion to one of the smaller islands for relaxation and exploration, a dolphin tour, a visit to Prison Island, or a guided tour of Stone Town.

After breakfast on the twelfth day, you have the opportunity to unwind at the resort until your scheduled transfer to the airport. After checking out of your room at 10:30, you may leave your luggage at the resort and take advantage of the available facilities.

When it is time for your airport transfer, our driver will meet you at the reception and transport you to Zanzibar International Airport, marking the conclusion of your 12-day journey exploring the best of Masai Mara and Zanzibar Beach.
